Technologies

1000D Nylon – Their highest Denier nylon fabric. It is used in our duffle bag range to protect the base of the bag from almost anything you can throw at it. While some fabrics are designed to be lightweight and packable, this is designed to cope with a lifetime of abuse and keep coming back for more. A polyurethane coat on the inside of the fabric provides water resistance.

900D Tarpaulin – They needed an expedition grade fabric that would be hard wearing against abrasions and waterproof. The 900 Denier yarn provides tensile strength and tear-resistance. It has been laminated on both sides; the external laminate is water-shedding and abrasion-resistant, the internal laminate boosts the waterproofness and gives rigidity. This fabric is stiff enough to provide structure to the bag allowing it to stand upright on its own while packing.

High Density Eva Foam – They use a Die-cut, high density EVA foam that offers maximum cushioning while keeping weight and bulk to a minimum. This means that you can protect your valuable items with worrying about carrying excess weight.
